Is The Zenith Majestic Journal™ the same as ZM Lifestyle Boutique™? They're connected, but each has a different purpose.
The Zenith Majestic Journal is our editorial experience where the articles, stories and inspiration come first. ZM Lifestyle Boutique is our curated shopping experience, offering products that can complement your lifestyle, seasons and ideas explored throughout our Journal.

What is Shop the Article? ~ Shop the Article connects selected Journal stories with some products that are inspired by that topic. For example, a story or article about cozy autumn living might lead to seasonal home accents, candles, drink ware, gathering pieces or other complementary finds.
Not every article will include products. Editorial content remains an important part of the Journal on its own.

Our collections may evolve throughout the year to complement Journal stories, seasons and new discoveries.

Who fulfills my order? ~ Products may be fulfilled directly by Zenith Majestic Shoppe LLC or with assistance from trusted brands, suppliers, production providers, and fulfillment partners. Because products may originate from different locations the items that are within the same order may be in separated packages.

Will I receive tracking? ~ When tracking information is available it will be sent to your email address associated with your order. If your order is fulfilled from different locations, you may receive more than one tracking notification.

Artisan Studio™ ~ What is Artisan Studio™? It's where we celebrate original creations, artistic experimentation, one of a kind products, craftsmanship and the beauty of making something by hand.

Will Handmade products look exactly like the photograph? ~ Handmade pieces can naturally have a slight differences in color, pattern, texture, placement or finish. These varieties are part of the character of handmade work and help makes each piece distinctive.

Shipping, Returns & Orders ~ How long does shipping take? ~ Processing and delivery times depending on the type of product and fulfillment locations.

What If my items are damaged or incorrect? ~ Please, contact through contact Us Boutique Customer Care with your name, order number, date of purchase and details about the issue. Photos of the product, packaging and shipping label may be requested so we can evaluate the situation, and assist with an appropriate resolution.
