Because of the mixed nature of our products- handmade, personalized, digital, and dropshipped - our refund policy varies depending on item type.
Our goal is always to ensure a beautiful and satisfying experience for you. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
2. Refund Eligibility
We accept refund request within 14 days , outlined below.
Refunds for Not Satisfied, Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
if an items arrive:

Refunds for Lost Packages
If tracking shows an item is lost or never delivered, we will:

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care to ensure all orders are packaged properly and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will be happy to assist you.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Please, note that packages left unattended may be subjected to theft. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local postal service or law enforcement for further assistance, as we are unable to replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered.

"Delivered but Not Received" Claims
We recommend first:

Waiting 24 hours ( carriers sometimes prematurely mark delivered)
If still missing, contact us - we will assist in filing a claim and may offer a replacement at our discretion. ​
Refunds due to Seller Error
If we make an error in crafting, fulfillment, or order details, we will immediately correct it.

30 Day Return Policy - Items must be in Original Packaging. Return shipping cost at the buyers expense. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and crafted individually

Instant downloads cannot be refunded once delivered.
X Print-on-Demand (POD) Items (Unless Defective)
These are made specifically for each order.
x "Change of Mind" or Buyer's Remorse

Because many items are custom-made or created via third-party partners:

5. Order Cancellations
Allowed Within 2 Hours of Purchase
After 2 hours, orders may already be in production ( especially POD or Handmade items).
If production has begun, cancellations are not guaranteed.

For eligible returns:

POD/Drop-shipping items typically do not need to be returned- just photo evidence.

8. Final Sale Items
