Zenith Majestic Shoppe LLC is proud to offer select products for purchase at in-person events, pop-ups, artisan markets, and craft fairs. Please, review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All in-person purchases are considered final at the time of sale. Refunds are not available once the customer has taken possession of the item.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
Exchanges may be offered at our sole discretion and only in the event of verified defect present at the time of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

Handmade & Custom Items
Due to the handcrafted and/or custom nature of many of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and are considered defects.

Condition & Responsibility
Customers are encouraged to inspect items carefully prior to purchase. Once an item has been purchased and leaves out booth or event space, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
Zenith Majestic Shoppe LLC is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after purchase.

By Completing an in-person purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the policy.

Do you accept returns from market or pop-up purchases? All Artisan Studio™ Sales Are Final. Exchanges may be offered at our sole discretion and only in the event of verified defect present at the time of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Do I need my receipt for in-person returns? Yes. Proof of purchase is required.

Do loyalty rewards apply to in-person purchases? Loyalty participation may apply depending on the event setup and checkout method.
