Thank you for supporting Zenith Majestic Shoppe LLC and Artisan Studio™ at markets, fairs, pop-ups, exhibitions, community events and other in person shopping experiences. This policy applies to purchases madedbrectly from Zenith Majestic Shoppe LLC at an in-person event unless different terms are clearly provided at the time of your purchase.

Please Review Your Purchase
Whenever possible, we encourage customers to inspect merchandise before completing an in-person purchase. Handmade Artisan Studio products may contain natural variations in color, patterns, textures, placements, shapes or finishes. These characteristics are part of handmade on of a kind craftsmanship and do not necessarily represent defects.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligible In person purchases may be considered for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unworn, in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Some Artisan Studio products may be one of a kind, limited, seasonal or unavailable for replacement. Id exchanged is requested and an identical item is unavailable another available resolution may be offered where appropriate.
