When will my orders ship? Processing times vary depending on product type. Your estimated processing or fulfillment information will be shown with the applicable product details whenever available.

Will Everything in my order arrive together? Not always. Some products are handmade and fulfilled through different trusted fulfillment partners, so items from the same order may arrive separately.

Will I receive tracking on my order? Yes, when tracking is available, it will be sent to the email associated with your order.

Can I return mu purchase? Eligible products may be returned within 39 days of confirmed delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and any product specific exclusions.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? Please contact Boutique Customer Care with your order number and details about the issue. Photographs may be requested so we can help determine the appropriate resolution.

Candle & Fragrance Care

Create your space with a warm atmosphere and enjoy it safely.

Always burn candles within sight. Keep away from children, pets, drafts and flammable materials. Place candles on a table, heat resistant surface. Follow any manufacturer instructions provided with the product. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Do not move a candle while the wax or container is hot. Discontinue use if the container becomes damaged or otherwise unsafe.

Candle Care

Trim the wick according to the candle manufacturer's instructions before use and between burns where applicable. Allow the candle to cool before handling, trimming or relighting. For fragrance products such as wax melts, diffusers or warmenrs, follow the instructions and safety guidance provided with the individual product. Product materails, burn recommendations, fragrance information and care requirementscan vary. Always follow the instructions supplied with your specific product.

Artisan Studio Care

Your Artisan Studio piece was created to be enjoyed with care.

For Resin & Decorative Pieces ~ Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals and rough srucbbing. Do not place in a dishwasher, microwave or over unless the product is specifically identified as suitable for that use. Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat or direct sunlight. Do not place extremely hot objects directly on the surface unless the product description specificaly states that the item is designed for that purpose. Store carefully to help prevent scratching or damage.

Handmade pieces may contain sligth differences in pattern, color, texture, shape or finish. These variations are part of the creative process and help make each piece distinctive. Please, follow any additional care instructions included with your individual product.

Jewelry Care

A little care can help preserve the appearance of your jewelry.

Store pieces in a clean, dry location when not being worn. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, moisture, perfumes, lotions, houshold cleaners and harsh chemicals. Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising or participating in activities that ma expose it to excessive moisture or impact. Gently wipe jewelry with appropriate soft cloth after wear. Avoid abrasive cleaners unless specifically recommended for teh materials in your piece. Store pieces seperately when possible to help minimize scratching and tangling.

Are handmade or made to order items returnable? Certain handmade, made-to-order, custom, personal care or sale items may be final sale. Please review product details before purchasing.

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping cost is the purchaser responsibility depending on the product type and availability. 

Do in-person purchases follow the same return policy? In-Person Purchase Policy and may differ from online returns. 

We thoughtfully prepare every order for its journey to you. Processing times vary depending on the product. Handmade, made-to-order and partner filled items may require different preparation times before shipping. How long does processing take? Handmade and Artisan Studio™ items process in 2-3 business days. Ready-to-ship items process in 1-2 business days. Made-to-order and print-on-demand items in 2-5 business days.

How long does delivery take? U.S delivery typically takes 4-7 business days after processing . International orders may take 7-14 business days or longer depending on the destination.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free shipping on orders $75.00 or more.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages? Some items ship from our studio while others ship from trusted fulfillment partners. You may receive separate packages with individual tracking numbers.
