At Zenith Majestic Shoppe LLC, including our Artisan Studio and ZM Lifestyle Boutique™, we take pride in providing thoughtfully crafted, and curated, and custom-created pieces. Because of the mixed nature of our products- handmade, personalized, digital, and dropshipped - our refund policy varies depending on item type. 

Our goal is always to ensure a beautiful and satisfying experience for you. If something isn't right, we're here to help. 2. Refund Eligibility. We accept refund within 7 days of purchase requests only in specific situations, outlined below. 

Refunds for Not Satisfied, Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items when items arrive:

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care to ensure all orders are packaged properly and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will be happy to assist you. 

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Please, note that packages left unattended may be subjected to theft. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local postal service or law enforcement for further assistance, as we are unable to replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered.

 "Delivered but Not Received" Claims

We recommend first:

1. Checking with neighbors/household members

2. Contacting your local post office

3. Waiting 24 hours ( carriers sometimes prematurely mark delivered)

If still missing, contact us - we will assist in filing a claim and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Refunds due to Seller Error

If we make an error in crafting, fulfillment, or order details, we will immediately correct it.

Handmade Artisan Products

Each piece is one-of-a-kind and crafted individually artisan made , Please notify us within 7 days of your purchase. We don't allow typical exchanges depending on product and production partner. Instant downloads cannot be refunded once delivered. 

X Print-on-Demand (POD) Items (Unless Defective)

These are made specifically for each order. 

"Change of Mind" or Buyer's Remorse, Wrong Size

We accept 7 day returns due to preferences or selecting the wrong size/color. 

4. Exchanges

Because  many items are custom-made or created via third-party printers: 

• We do not offer traditional exchanges. 

• If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will replace it with the same item or closest available match. 

5. Order Cancellations

Allowed Within 2 Hours of Purchase

After 2 hours, orders may already be in production ( especially POD or Handmade items). 

If production has begun, cancellations are not guaranteed. 

6. Return Shipping 

For eligible returns: 

• We may provide a prepaid return label when approved.  

• POD/ Dropship items typically do not need to be returned- just photo evidence.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

• Refunds are issued within 3-7 business days

• Funds return through the original payment method 

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank. or payment provider

8. Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked "Final Sale" due to limited status or hygiene reasons. These cannot be returned or refunded.

Are handmade or made to order items returnable? Certain handmade, made-to-order, custom, personal care or sale items may be final sale. Please review product details before purchasing. 

Do you offer exchanges? Exchanges may be available depending on the product type and availability. 

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping cost is the purchaser responsibility depending on the product type and availability. 

Do in-person purchases follow the same return policy? In-Person Purchase Policy and may differ from online returns. 

Each order is prepared and ships directly with care from one of our trusted supplier partners. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier. International 7-14 estimated business days for delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the supplier's rates and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

How long does processing take? Handmade and Artisan Studio™ items process in 2-3 business days. Ready-to-ship items process in 1-2 business days. Made-to-order and print-on-demand items in 2-5 business days.

How long does delivery take? U.S delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free shipping on orders $75.00 or more.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages? Some items ship from our studio while others ship from trusted fulfillment partners. You may receive separate packages with individual tracking numbers. 

What if my package is lost or damaged? Please, contact us within the stated time frame with your name and order number and photos if applicable so we can assist you.
