Because of the mixed nature of our products- handmade, personalized, digital, and dropshipped - our refund policy varies depending on item type. 

Our goal is always to ensure a beautiful and satisfying experience for you. If something isn't right, we're here to help. 2. Refund Eligibility. We accept refund within 7 days of purchase requests only in specific situations, outlined below. 

Refunds for Not Satisfied, Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items when items arrive:

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care to ensure all orders are packaged properly and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will be happy to assist you. 

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Please, note that packages left unattended may be subjected to theft. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local postal service or law enforcement for further assistance, as we are unable to replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered.

We recommend first:

"Change of Mind" or Buyer's Remorse, Wrong Size

We accept 7 day returns due to preferences or selecting the wrong size/color. 

4. Exchanges

Because  many items are custom-made or created via third-party printers: 

• We do not offer traditional exchanges. 

• If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will replace it with the same item or closest available match. 

5. Order Cancellations

Allowed Within 2 Hours of Purchase

After 2 hours, orders may already be in production ( especially POD or Handmade items). 

If production has begun, cancellations are not guaranteed. 

6. Return Shipping 

For eligible returns: 

• We may provide a prepaid return label when approved.  

• POD/ Dropship items typically do not need to be returned- just photo evidence.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

• Refunds are issued within 3-7 business days

• Funds return through the original payment method

8. Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked "Final Sale" due to limited status or hygiene reasons. These cannot be returned or refunded.

To preserve the beauty of our pieces, we recommend gentle care. Jewelry sould be stored in a dry place and cleaned with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals as these can affect the finish over time. For home, lifestyle items, and carefully selected products care instructions will vary by material and are included where applicable.

Candle & Safety Care should be used with care and iintention. Burning only on a stable heat resistant surface and keep away from drafts, flammable materials, children, and pets. Never leave buring items unattended. For candles, trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each use and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to promote a clean, even flame. When burning , use a fire safe bowl or abalone shell, and ensure embers are fully extinguished after use. Aways allow ashes to cool completly before disposal.
